Yes absolutely! It took a lot of hard work to find top-quality partners who can help us deliver internationally - but we did it! We believe everyone deserves quality, personalise clothing :)
In accordance with the recent EU data protection regulations (one of their craziest rulings so far!), any UK website who may handle customer data on servers outside of the UK, is legally obliged to notify it’s customers of this. We use a secure e-commerce service called “Shopify” - it is the largest and most established service of it’s kind ensuring a high quality customer experience from visiting, to purchasing to customer after care. Shopify’s HQ is based in Canada, thus technically data is transferred outside of the UK - which is why we notify our customers of this fact. Rest assured, your data is secure and encrypted from start to finish - it cannot be intersected and you are not at risk. Our website is protected by a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate as well as anti-virus protection. Most websites securely transfer data outside of the host country and have done for years - this is standard practise even for the biggest online shopping websites, but it has only been since January 2016 that they have been legally obliged to notify customers. If you are concerned about your data, we would be happy to discuss further with you, take your order directly by email (so no data is transferred outside of the UK) or you may read up further on the legislation here: http://europa.eu/rapid/press-release_IP-12-46_en.htm?locale=en
